After installing the template, I get a blank page

Our templates require all the template files installed successfully in order to function. If one of the template files is not successfully installed, you will receive an error on your site. If you have php set not to display errors on the screen, you will receive a blank page instead of the actual error.

To resolve this error, please re-upload all our template source files to your webserver. Please review our install instructions for more information.

After installing the template, I get the message 'Illegal template directory!' on my website.

You get this error whenever you have set an incorrect value to the 'Default Template Directory' in admin->configure->my store page. The 'Default Template Directory' should be set to the directory name of the template that you would like to use. You can find the list of allowable template directory names by logging into your webserver and viewing the directories under the templates directory.

To resolve this error, get the exact directory name of the template you want to enable. Log in to your admin and click on configure -> My Store. Double click on the 'Default Template Directory' to edit. Replace the current value of this parameter with the correct directory name and update to save your changes.
